PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable absorbent article for men, which is easy to wear and hardly lowers fitting feeling.SOLUTION: An absorbent body 2 is provided, in which an absorber is arranged between a front sheet and a rear sheet. The front surface side of the absorbent body 2 is provided with an elongating/contracting band 3 stretchable in the width direction of the absorbent body 2, and the rear surface side of the absorbent body 2 is provided with a projecting knob part 4. The elongating/contracting band 3 has a plurality of connection parts 16 connected to the absorbent body 2 and separated from each other along the width direction of the absorbent body 2. The elongating/contracting band 3 has an elongating/contracting free part 19 positioned between the connection parts 16. Since the elongating/contracting free part 19 is not connected to the absorbent body 2, the male genital organ can be inserted into between the absorbent body 2 and the elongating/contracting free part 19. The knob part 4 is provided on a position overlapped on the elongating/contracting free part 19 in a plane view.
