PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid pharmaceutical preparation with excellent preservation stability such as light stability, and to provide a method, etc., for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided the solid pharmaceutical preparation including a raw pharmaceutical preparation comprising a core part containing an active ingredient and a core-coating layer containing dusting powder coating the core part and a film containing a compound assuming photocatalyst activity or a property of a semiconductor coating the raw pharmaceutical preparation.
