PURPOSE: A producing method of high concentration germanium strawberries is provided to improve the content of germanium in the strawberries more than 10 times. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high concentration germanium strawberries comprises a step of providing germanium-bound peptide to strawberries after each flower cluster is fertilized during an enlargement period for 2-5 times. Amino acid fertilizer is applied to the strawberry growing soil for 1-4 times before or after providing the germanium-bound peptide. Calcium-bound peptide is applied to leaves of the strawberries for 1-4 times during a growing period. The strawberry growing soil is sprayed with a soil microbial preparation for growing microorganisms in the soil for 3-4 days before planting the strawberries.본 발명은 딸기에 게르마늄을 고농도로 함유시킨 게르마늄 딸기의 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 가축의 혈장 단백질에 게르마늄을 결합시킨 게르마늄 결합 펩타이드를 이용하여 딸기의 게르마늄 함량을 5배 이상 증가시키는 게르마늄 딸기의 생산방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 게르마늄 딸기는 손쉽게 먹을 수 있고 기호도가 높은 과채류인 딸기에 게르마늄이 고농도로 함유되어 있어 일상적인 식생활을 통해 유기 게르마늄을 섭취할 수 있도록 하며, 게르마늄 결합 펩타이드의 시비량에 따라 딸기에 함유되는 게르마늄의 함량을 5배에서 100배 이상의 고농도로도 함유시킬 수 있어 의약용도로도 이용할 수 있다.
