The objective of the present invention is to provide a transdermal pharmaceutical formulation containing a non-steroid anti-inflammation drugs, the formulation may inhibit photosensitivity caused by the phototoxicity and photoallergy of the non-steroid anti-inflammation drugs, and may prevent degradation of the pharmaceutical formulation prepared by dibenzoyl methane derivative as a UVA absorbent, and may further enhance the efficacy of the non-steroid anti-inflammation drugs. The objective is achieved by formulating a transdermal pharmaceutical formulation comprising non-steroid anti-inflammation drugs and at least one or tow of the essential ingredients selected from the group consisting of dibenzoyl methane derivative, polyalcohol aliphatic acid ester, higher aliphatic acid ester and crotamiton.本發明之課題在於提供一種含有非類固醇系消炎鎮痛劑之外用經皮製劑,其可以更確實地抑制起因於非類固醇系消炎鎮痛劑的光毒性以及光過敏(allergy)之光線過敏症,同時既防止由於含有二苯甲醯甲烷(dibenzoylmethane)衍生物作為UVA吸收劑所產生的製劑經時變化,又能充分發揮非類固醇系消炎鎮痛劑的效能。前述課題,可以藉由調配非類固醇系消炎鎮痛劑與二苯甲醯甲烷衍生物以及選自多元醇脂肪酸酯、高級脂肪酸酯、以及克羅他米通(crotamiton)中1種或2種以上作為必須成分而成之外用經皮製劑而解決。
