PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent housing implement which is user-friendly and where problems are hard to occur.SOLUTION: There is provided a film shaped member 300 where a non-permeable member 22 is stuck on a volatile agent permeable member 21. By using a cutting tool, a cut is made at the volatile agent permeable member 21 side of the film shaped member 300, and the volatile agent permeable member 21 is peeled and removed from a part to be a grip part of the non-permeable member 22.
