The present invention relates to a foldable walking assistance device for assisting the elderly and the infirm who have difficulty in walking by oneself to walk while relying a body thereon. The foldable walking assistance device comprises: a main body consisting of side frames erected on both sides of a user and having wheels installed on front and rear sides of lower ends thereof, and a pair of front frames installed to be positioned on a front side of each side frame and rotated； arm support units having a pair of cushions installed to support both arms of the user by placing the same on an upper end of the each side frame； a front locking means for connecting front sides of each of the pair of front frames, which face each other, and allowing the front frames to maintain a straight line when being used by the user while allowing the front frames to be folded toward the user when being stored； and an upper locking means for connecting front sides of the arm support units, which face each other, and configured to be fixed to hold both arms by allowing the user to place both arms when being used by the user, and to release a fixing force to fold each of the arm support units when being stored, wherein the main body is folded in an ′M′ shape on a plane when being folded.본 발명은 자기 스스로의 보행이 어려운 노약자 또는 환자가 자신의 몸을 의지한 채로 보행할 수 있도록 도와주는 접이식 보행 보조기구에 관한 것으로써, 그 구성은, 사용자를 중심으로 양측에 세워지고 하단 전·후방에는 각각의 바퀴를 설치하여 된 측면프레임과, 그 각 측면프레임의 전방에 위치하도록 설치되어 회동되는 한 쌍의 전방프레임으로 이루어진 본체； 상기 각 측면프레임 상단에 사용자의 양팔을 각각 얹어 지탱할 수 있도록 설치된 한 쌍의 쿠션력을 갖는 팔 받침부； 상기 각 전방프레임의 상호 마주보는 전방을 연결 설치하여 사용자가 사용할 때에는 상기 전방프레임이 일직선상을 유지하고 보관하고자 할 때에는 상기 전방프레임이 사용자 측으로 접어지도록 하는 전방록킹수단； 상기 팔 받침부의 상호 마주보는 전방을 연결 설치하여 사용자가 사용할 때에는 사용자의 양팔을 얹어 지탱할 수 있도록 고정하고, 보관하고자 할 때에는 상기 각 팔 받침부를 접을 수 있게 고정력을 해제시킬 수 있도록 형성된 상부록킹수단； 으로 구성되어 상기 본체가 접어질 때에는 평면상에서 'M'자 형상을 이루며 접어지도록 형성된다.
