An elastic member having a multi-stage compression resistance section according to the present invention comprises: a coil having a wire rod wound therearound in a helical form for forming a plurality of layers, and forming a filling space between neighboring layers； and a filling material filled in the filling space and having an elasticity. In addition, an ultrasound surgery apparatus including the elastic member comprises: a main body including a grip part enabling a user to grip and a rod extending forward to approach biological tissues, and formed with an accommodation space therein； a vibration unit disposed in the accommodation space and generating ultrasound vibration； a treating unit disposed on a front end of the rod, and including an end effector connected to the vibration unit to be transferred with a vibration and a retention part disposed on a front end of the rod and configured to vary the distance to the end effector to retain the biological tissues with the end effector； and an operation unit including an operation part disposed on the main body to operate the retention part and an elastic member having a variable compression resistance force depending on the operation of the operation part so as to control the strength of retention of the retention part on a stage-by-stage basis.
