The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions that comprise polyfunctional metal phenolates with biological uses as auxiliary anti-tumoral and cytoprotective agents, as anti-metastatic and anti-mutagenic agents when associated with chemotherapy agents. The present invention further relates to the use of polyfunctional metal phenolates for preparing medicaments for the treatment, prophylaxis or prevention of neoplastic diseases in humans and animals.La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant des phénolates métalliques polyfonctionnels présentant des applications biologiques comme adjuvants antitumoraux et cytoprotecteurs, et comme agents anti-métastatiques et agents anti-mutagéniques en association avec des agents chimiothérapeutiques. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de phénolates métalliques polyfonctionnels pour préparer des médicaments destinés au traitement, à la prophylaxie ou à la prévention de maladies néoplasiques chez l'homme et l'animal.A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas que compreendem fenolatos metálicos polifuncionais que apresentam aplicações biológicas como adjuvantes antitumorais, citoprotetores, agentes antimetastáticos e agentes antimutagênicos quando associados a quimioterápicos. A presente invenção refere-se ainda ao uso fenolatos metálicos polifuncionais na preparação de medicamentos para o tratamento, profilaxia ou prevenção de doenças neoplásicas em humanos e animais.
