According to an aspect of the present invention, an ultrasonic surgical apparatus includes: a main body； an ultrasonic wave generation unit coupled to the main body to generate ultrasonic wave and irradiating the ultrasonic wave to a surgical site through one surface of the main body； a touch detection sensor detecting whether one surface of the main body is in contact with the surgical site； a motion recognition sensor recognizing the motion of the main body； and a control unit operating the ultrasonic wave generation unit when one surface of the main body is detected to be in contact with the surgical site by the touch detection sensor and stopping the operation of the ultrasonic wave generation unit when the stop of the motion of the main body is detected by the motion recognition sensor.본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 본체, 본체에 결합되어 초음파를 발생시키고 본체의 일면을 통해 시술 부위에 초음파를 조사하는 초음파 발생부, 본체의 일면이 시술 부위에 접촉되는지 여부를 감지하는 접촉 감지 센서, 본체의 움직임을 인식하는 동작 인식 센서, 및 접촉 감지 센서에 의해 본체의 일면이 시술 부위에 접촉되는 것이 감지되는 경우 초음파 발생부를 작동시키고, 동작 인식 센서에 의해 본체의 이동이 정지되는 것이 인식되는 경우 초음파 발생부의 작동을 정지시키는 제어부를 포함하는 초음파 시술 장치가 제공된다.
