The wearable heart monitor (1) is connected to the skin of the patient, the internal miniature heart monitoring module (9) is connected to the heart (13), and the external and internal miniature heart monitoring modules (8, 9) automatically detect various physiological indicators of the heart (13) of the user and automatically analyse the detected physiological indicators. The wearable heart monitor (1) is connected to the external control module (4) via wired or wireless means, the storage card (3) is provided within the external control module (4), an internal control module (10) is wirelessly connected to the external storage card (3), the external control module (4) is connected to the defibrillation pacing electrode (6) via wired or wireless means, the internal control module (10) is connected to the pulse generator (11) via wired or wireless means, and customised low-power low-voltage stimulation is performed on the heart (13) via the defibrillation pacing electrode (6) of the pulse generator (11).
