An apparatus for delivering a flow of pressurized breathable gas to a patient, comprises a flow generator 4 to generate the flow of pressurized breathable gas, a casing 6 to contain the flow generator 4 where the casing 6 is configured to engage the top of the patients head 2, a power supply 66 for the flow generator 4, a pair of delivery conduits 8 configured to convey the flow of pressurized breathable gas, and a patient interface 12. The pair of delivery conduits 8 are configured to extend from the flow generator 4 and along the sides of the patients face to the patient interface 12 in use. The patient interface 12 receives the flow of pressurized breathable gas from the pair of delivery conduits 8 and delivers it to the patients airways.
