A biomagnetic-field measurement apparatus (100), a biomagnetic-field measurement method, and a magnetic shield box (110). The biomagnetic-field measurement apparatus (100) measures a magnetic field of a site of a live subject, and the biomagnetic-field measurement apparatus includes sensor modules (510) disposed at a measurement position of the site. Each of the sensor modules (510) includes an optically pumped atomic magnetometer. The biomagnetic-field measurement method includes measuring magnetic field waveforms due to an eliciting stimulus multiple times by using the sensor modules (510), integrating the magnetic field waveforms measured multiple times with regard to the sensor modules (510), calculating a time gap T of the integrated magnetic field waveforms with regard to each adjacent pair of the sensor modules (510), measuring a spontaneous magnetic field waveform at a position identical to a position where the magnetic field waveform due to the eliciting stimulus is measured by using the sensor modules (510), and shifting the spontaneous magnetic field waveform measured by one of the adjacent pair of the sensor modules (510) on a time axis by the time gap T relative to the spontaneous magnetic field waveform measured by another one of the adjacent pair of the sensor modules (510) and combining the spontaneous magnetic field waveforms.
