In a vibration toothbrush and an eccentric shaft, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration toothbrush comprises: a head part on which bristles are implanted； and a handle part from which a head part-detachable head coupling part protrudes. The toothbrush further comprises: an electric motor accommodated in the handle part and generating a rotational force； and the eccentric shaft connected to the electric motor and delivering vibration to the head coupling part by generating vibration as at least some portions are pulled to one side while rotating. The eccentric shaft comprises: a motor fixing part connected to the electric motor； an eccentric weight displaced from a rotation center of the electric motor； and a rotating shaft made of a metal material for connecting the motor fixing part and the eccentric weight.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 진동 칫솔 및 편심축은, 칫솔모가 식모된 헤드부와, 상기 헤드부가 탈착되는 헤드 결합부가 돌출되는 손잡이부를 갖는 칫솔에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부 내에 수용되며 회전력을 발생시키는 전동모터； 및 상기 전동모터에 연결되어 회전하며 적어도 일부분이 편심되어 진동을 발생시켜 상기 헤드 결합부에 진동을 전달하는 편심축을 포함하며, 상기 편심축은, 상기 전동모터에 연결되는 모터 고정부； 상기 전동모터의 회전 중심에서 어긋나 있는 편심추； 및 상기 모터 고정부와 상기 편심추를 연결하는 금속 재질의 회전축을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
