PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass cutting blade which can scrape grass inward and mow efficiently and surely to prevent entanglement of grass. SOLUTION: A cutting blade 30 of a grass cutting blade is an elongated blade having a length larger than a width, and is provided with an assembling hole 31 of a rotating shaft in the center, and two sides of the assembling hole 31 are sandwiched. A side portion 32 is provided, two side portions 32 are connected to four side side portions 33, two end sides 34 are connected to the four side side portions 33, and the side portion 33 has an end side. A linearly inclined linearly inclined blade portion 35 or a curved and inclined arc-shaped inclined blade portion is provided so as to approach the assembly hole 31 side as the side portion 32 approaches from 34, and the side portion 32 is provided.
