PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient underwater portable body warmer which is usable for many consecutive hours.SOLUTION: The underwater portable body warmer includes: a waterproof bag body 2 which has a storage part for storing a disposable portable body warmer body A and an opening part C through which the disposable portable body warmer body A is inserted in the storage part and the disposable portable body warmer body A is taken out of the storage part, and seals the storage part with a closing means 3 for closing the opening part C a flexible pipe body 4 which communicates with the storage part and is extended outside the bag body 2 and valves 5, 6 for opening/closing a pipeline, which are attached to a free end of the pipe body 4.
