PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe skin care preparation having good whitening effect.SOLUTION: The skin care preparation includes liposome enclosing glabridin. When phospholipid constituting the liposome is sphingomyelin, whitening effect based on the glabridin can be improved while cytotoxicity due to the glabridin can be suppressed.
