SOLUTION: The heart treatment device 1 includes a heartbeat detection part 2 equipped with an electrode 2a to be disposed on the heart A for detecting heartbeats, a pulse transformer 6 in which the heartbeat detection part 2 is connected to the side of a primary winding 6a, and a nerve connection part 5 to the side of a secondary winding 6b, a pulse generating part 10 having a pulse width that is not exceeding the ET product of the pulse transformer 6 in accordance with the heartbeats detected by the heartbeat detection part 2 to supply electric pulses which are continuous at a time interval to the side of a primary winding 6a of the pulse transformer 6, a control part 9 to control the number of continuous electric pulses supplied to the primary winding 6a of the pulse transformer 6 by the pulse generating part 10, and a smoothing means 7 connected between the secondary winding 6b of the pulse transformer 6 and the nerve connection part 5 to smooth the voltage of the electric pulses transmitted from the secondary winding 6b.
