PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device capable of easily performing opening/closing operation, capable of being inexpensively manufactured, and capable of easily following specific setting conditions and to provide a building structure using the same.SOLUTION: A pair of support parts 41 and 41 face each other with an interval L41 in-between in a base part 4 constituting the opening/closing device 3. Both ends 50 of a bending shaft body 5 are axially rotatably attached to the pair of support parts 41 and 41. A main arm 51 rotates (R1 or R2) around the center of each end 50. A connection arm 52 connects the main arm 51 with each end 50 to determine the radius of rotation D51 of the main arm 51. The opening/closing device 3 is combined with supports 7 and a sheet body 8 to constitute the building structure 1. The supports 7 are disposed within the interval L41.
