The present invention provides biopsy forceps which can be easily assembled and produced and which can allow treatment to be easily performed by preventing a driving part from being divided and separated and allowing the size to be distinguished. The biopsy forceps include a driving part which is provided with a driving wire embedded in a flexible wire, which is connected to a handle part to be held with a hand, to collect a lesion tissue and a cutting clip provided to an end thereof to collect tissue. The handle part includes a body having a rear part on which a handle is formed and a pair of slide bars through an operating hole a wire groove through which the driving wire of the driving part formed in front of the operating hole is introduced into the operating hole a flexible wire groove formed in front of the wire groove to receive the flexible wire and a slider coupled to the driving wire to move forward or rearward of a body to operate the cutting clip and coupled to the body.
