PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new contraceptive, which is related to common use of estrogen and gestagen for production of a single-phase composite preparation for oral contraception and a corresponding package including the single-phase composite production.SOLUTION: The combined composition for contraception includes estrogen selected from 2.0-6.0 mg of 17-&bgr； estradiol and 0.015-0.020 mg of ethinylestradiol； and gestagen selected from 0.05-0.075 mg of gestodene, 0.075-0.125 mg of levonorgestrel, 0.06-0.15 mg of desogestrel, 0.06-0.15 mg of 3-ketodesogestrel, 0.1-0.3 mg of drospirenone, 0.1-0.2 mg of cyproterone acetate, 0.2-0.3 mg of norgestimate and 0.35-0.75 mg of norethisterone, and is used by administration for 23 or 24 days, beginning on day one of the menstrual cycle, followed by 5 or 4 pill-free or sugar pill days, during a total of 28 days in the administration cycle.【課題】新規な避妊薬の提供。【解決手段】合計28日の投与周期において月経周期１日目に開始して配量形態を23日間または24日間投与した後、５日間または４日間ピルを投与しないか、空ピルを投与することにより、17β－エストラジオール2.0～6.0 mgおよびエチニルエストラジオール0.015～0.020 mgから選択したエストロゲンと、ゲストデン0.05～0.075 mg、レボノルゲストレル0.075～0.125 mg、デソゲストレル0.06～0.15 mg、３－ケトデソゲストレル0.06～0.15 mg、ドロスピレノン0.1～0.3 mg、シプロテロン酢酸0.1～0.2 mg、ノルゲスチメート0.2～0.3 mgおよびノレチステロン0.35ないし0.75 mgから選択したゲスタゲンとを含む避妊用組合せ組成物。【選択図】なし
