A corneal endothelial cell photographing device is provided with: an illumination optical system (4) for obliquely applying slit light to the cornea of an eye to be inspected; a photographing optical system (5) for receiving reflected light from a corneal endothelial cell of the cornea to photograph the corneal endothelial cell; a fixation projection system for guiding the visual axis of the eye to be inspected to carry out fixation; and a photographing position change means (19, 49) for changing the position of photographing by the photographing optical system by relatively displacing the photographing optical system and the eye to be inspected while the visual axis of the eye to be inspected is fixed to a fixation target. A plurality of images are acquired by relatively displacing the photographing optical system and the eye to be inspected, and the images adjacent to each other are taken so as to have a predetermined overlap portion.
