PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage from end parts of an absorber.SOLUTION: A leak prevention compression part 11 includes: liquid guiding parts 12 which are arranged on both sides of a center line L running to a distal side from a proximal side of an area H respectively, have parts where separation distances with the center line L in between become smaller as they approach the distal side, and guide body fluid to the center line L side; liquid collection parts 13 which are positioned on the center line L nearer on the distal side of the area H than the liquid guiding parts 12 and collect body fluid guided by the liquid guiding parts 12; and liquid diffusion parts 14 which extend to both sides of the center line L from the liquid collection parts 13 and diffuse the collected body fluid toward both sides of the center line L. The liquid guiding parts are arranged on both sides of the center line separately from each other.
