PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus which can be easily handled by a user and can provide a sure and highly accurate impedance measured value.SOLUTION: The bioelectrical impedance measuring apparatus includes a plurality of electrodes and a measuring circuitry. The measuring circuitry injects through two electrodes alternating current into the body, measures with two other electrodes on different limbs the generated voltages, and determines the impedance of body segments. Two hand contact bodies are provided, each of which is provided with two electrodes 3 and 4 in such a manner that a user when contacting the hand contact bodies with both hands, comes into contact with two electrodes for each hand.
