PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planting device requested in which the take-out property of seedlings by a planting arm can be improved.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device includes a seedling take-out guide 24 installed in a seedling take-out opening 19 and guiding seedlings taken out by a planting arm. The seedling take-out guide 24 has a take-out opening guide unit 27 provided along a rim E of the seedling take-out opening 19 while incoming to the seedling take-out opening 19.
