PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a surface sheet by suppressing molding failure of a high compression part.SOLUTION: In a sanitary towel 1, low compression parts 15 and high compression parts 16, 17, 18 are formed on a bottom surface of compression grooves 10 recessed from a skin contact surface side.
