PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement processing unit with a diaper capable of mounting/dismounting the diaper easily on/from a cup, and reducing cost of the diaper.SOLUTION: An excrement processing unit 1 with a diaper has a diaper 3 having an opening 3h on a crotch part 3c, and an excrement processing unit 5 on/from which the diaper 3 is mounted/dismounted. The excrement processing unit 5 has a cup 7 for blocking the opening 3h, a mounting/dismounting part 27 for mounting/dismounting the diaper 3 on/from the cup 7, and a unit body 13 for performing suction, water supply and ventilation into the cup 7.
