The present invention belongs to the field of cell therapy. Particularly, the present invention provides a lymphocyte modified with a chimeric antigen receptor expressing a chemokine receptor, CXCR4. The present invention also provides a method for preparing a specific lymphocyte, comprising modifying a non-specific lymphocyte by means of genetic engineering to the specific lymphocyte capable of recognizing a tumor-associated surface antigen and expressing a chemokine receptor, CXCR4, thereby being enriched in a specific site, and targeting and killing a specific cell.
