PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable multi-lumen tube for an endoscope having an excellent insertion operability into a body, in which an insertion part of a medical endoscope can be smoothly inserted to one tube, and the other tube can be used as a medical channel in an inserted state.SOLUTION: A multi-lumen tube for an endoscope comprises: a first flexible tube 13 into which an insertion part 2 of a medical endoscope 1 can be inserted a second flexible tube 14 having a function as a medical channel and a tube body 15 for supporting one ends (base end parts 13b, 14b) of both tubes. The tube body has a first guide 17 and a second guide 18. The first guide has a cylindrical guide surface 17s which is formed continuously from the outer surface of the tube body toward an opening 13t of one end of the first flexible tube.
