The present invention is an assembly that surrounds an added UV light fixture, and relates to retrofitting a lighting device that is commonly known and commonly used as a basic light source to illuminate a particular area. The invention also relates to a device which can be incorporated into a lighting ceiling used in a ceiling or fixed ceiling suspended from the air.
