The present invention relates to a stacked planting pot assembly having an improved assembly structure in which planting pot units having cultivating pots with pole units, where plants are cultivated, formed in a radial structure are assembled to be separated in a vertical direction. The stacked planting pot assembly comprises: a pole unit； a planting pot unit including a hollow sleeve pipe fixed to an outer wall of the pole unit to be inscribed, and installed on the outer wall of the pole unit in a concentric structure； and an angle adjustment unit formed between the pole unit and the planting pot unit, and setting a fixed angle of the planting pot unit installed on the pole unit in a concentric structure, wherein the angle adjustment unit includes: an assembly rim unit formed on the outer wall of the pole unit and arranging the sleeve pipe of the planting pot unit in a concentric structure； at least one angle adjustment groove formed by being inserted into an outer diameter surface of the inscribed and circumscribed assembly rim unit or an inner diameter surface of the sleeve pipe； and at least one press-fitting pin forcibly inserted into the angle adjustment groove and fixing the sleeve pipe of which a forming angle of the planting pot is adjusted by horizontal idle around the assembly rim unit to the outer wall of the assembly rim unit.본 발명은 폴대부에 식물이 재배되는 재배포트들을 방사구조로 형성한 식재 포트부를 상하 이격되게 조립한 개량된 조립구조를 갖는 적층식 식재포트 조립체에 관한 것으로,본 발명에서는 폴대부와； 상기 폴대부의 외벽에 내접되게 고정되어 폴대부의 외벽에 동심구조로 설치되는 중공의 슬리브관과, 상기 슬리브관의 외측에 방사구조로 형성되는 복수의 식재포트를 포함하는 식재 포트부； 및 상기 폴대부와 식재 포트부 사이에 형성되어, 폴대부에 동심구조로 설치된 식재 포트부의 고정각도를 설정하는 각도 조절부를 포함하여 구성하되,상기 각도 조절부는, 상기 폴대부의 외벽에 형성되어 식재 포트부의 슬리브관을 동심구조로 배치하는 조립림부와； 상기 내외접하는 조립림부의 외경면, 또는 슬리브관의 내경면에 절입하여 형성되는 하나 이상의 각도 조절홈； 및 상기 각도 조절홈에 억지 끼움되어 조립림부를 중심으로 좌우 공회전하여 식재포트의 형성각도를 조절한 슬리브관을 조립림부의 외벽에 고착하는 하나 이상의 압입핀을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
