PURPOSE: A producing method of rumen-protecting amino acid coated with capsules is provided to perform an encapsulation process using a coating system and a cooling system serially arranged next to each other. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rumen-protecting amino acid coated with capsules comprises the following steps: mixing amino acid with metallic soap containing vegetable fatty acid chelated with metallic ion, and fully hydrogenated oil having the melting point greater than 57 deg C； inserting the mixture into a pelletizer or an extruder, and forming particles having the size of 0.5-2.5mm to obtain firstly encapsulated amino acid； inserting the firstly encapsulated amino acid into a rotating drum type coating machine, and spraying the fully hydrogenated oil into the machine for forming a coating on the amino acid； cooling the encapsulated amino acid in the temperature lower than 40 deg C to obtain secondly encapsulated amino acid； and repeating the spraying and cooling processes on the amino acid to obtain the amino acid coated with multiple layers.본 발명은 캡슐화 코팅된 반추위 보호 아미노산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 캡슐화 코팅된 반추위 보호 아미노산은 장관내의 물과 반추위에서 서식하고 있는 미생물에 대해 높은 안정성을 유지하면서 크기 및 형태가 균일하고 아미노산 함량이 높아 생산성이 우수하며, 상기 캡슐화 코팅된 반추위 보호 아미노산을 사료에 섞어 착유우에게 급여시 유질 및 유량이 개선되고, 유단백이 강화된 우유를 생산할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 캡슐화 코팅된 반추위 보호 아미노산은 착유우 또는 축우용 사료 첨가제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
