The present invention relates to an ultrasonic cleaner for dentures, which is convenient to be operated and has stability of a sterilizing washing solution by considering a fact that most of denture users are elderly. The present invention comprises: a washing tub (4) installed on an upper part of a main body (2) to allow dentures (3) to be fed, sterilized, and washed； a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators (6) installed on a bottom lower surface of the washing tub (4)； an elevating cover (7) installed on the upper part of the washing tub (4)； a lifting means for lifting the cover (7)； a basket (22) accommodated in the washing tub (4)； a denture seating jig (9) accommodated in the basket (22)； a first pump (11) for supplying a sterilizing solution (10) to the washing tub (4)； a second pump (14) for supplying rinsing water (13) to the washing tub (4)； first and second drainage pipes (16, 17) installed on the bottom of the washing tub (4)； and first and second electronic valves (18, 19) for opening and closing flow paths of the first and second drainage pipes (16, 17). The present invention further comprises an air pump (20) and an air spray nozzle (21) which are injected into the washing tub (4) to spray air to the sterilized, washed, and rinsed dentures (3) and dry the air. The present invention further comprises a sterilization washing solution supply tank (24) connected to the first pump (11).
