The quantitative injector comprises: a body having open front, rear, and top sides, and having a syringe case support groove formed in the front thereof a pressing clip disposed in the body, mounted to be forwardly and backwardly moved, and pressing the syringe pressing unit disposed on the body a moving gear rail bar disposed in the rear of the pressing clip, and forwardly operating the pressing clip when an external force is supplied a body finishing port coupled with the rear of the body, and having a rail penetration hole in which the moving gear rail bar is penetrated a pressing connector disposed in the rear of the body finishing port to be forwardly and backwardly operated, and coupled with the end of the moving gear rail bar and an operating means coupled with the pressing connector, and forwardly and backwardly operating the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when an injection solution is injected to an object, a medicinal liquid can be quantitatively fed through an operating means, a moving gear rail bar, and a pressing clip.
