The present invention relates to a producing method of a polycystic kidney disease animal model using a PKD2 gene. The present inventors crossed a PKD2 +/- mouse having normal reproductive ability with a human PKD2 transgenic mouse manufactured by the present inventors thereby obtaining a PKD2 +/- mouse having a human PKD2 gene, and re-crossed these mice with each other thereby producing a novel mouse which is PKD2 -/- and expresses a human PKD2 gene. According to the present invention, a polycystic kidney disease animal model in which cysts are expressed about two weeks after birth can be obtained and an animal model which can be effectively used in control system search is provided.본 발명은 피케이디투 유전자를 이용한 다낭신 동물모델 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명자들은 정상적인 생식능력을 가지고 있는 PKD2 +/- 마우스와 본 발명자들이 제작한 인간 PKD2 형질전환 마우스를 교배하여 인간 PKD2 유전자를 가지고 있는 PKD2 +/- 마우스를 얻었으며, 이들 마우스끼리 다시 교배하여 PKD2 -/- 이면서 인간 PKD2 유전자를 발현하고 있는 새로운 마우스를 생산하였다. 본 발명에 의해, 생후 약 보름정도면 낭포가 발현되는 다낭신 동물모델을 얻을 수 있고, 낭포발현 기작 및 제어 시스템의 탐색에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 동물모델이 제공된다.
