A human physiological detecting earphone includes a housing and an earplug which is disposed on a surface of the housing. The earplug is formed a window portion. A light sensor is disposed inside the earplug. The light sensor is positioned to align the window portion. A processing module couples to the light sensor. A method for using the human physiological detecting earphone includes: inserting the earplug into an ear canal of a user emitting a light by the light sensor and through the window, and then into the ear canal for capturing PPG calculating the PPG to evaluate a physiological parameter by the processing module.
