The input device (106) is configured to receive time information related to an occurrence time of at least one lying-down event and an occurrence time of at least one standing-up event of a subject to be tested, whereby the lying-down and standing-up events are alternately occurring. The memory (104) is configured to store a program. The processor (102) is configured to run the program. When run in the processor (102), the program is configured to execute the following operations: acquiring an initial parameter of an object to be tested, the initial parameter comprising a blood flow characteristic parameter of the subject to be tested throughout an entire testing period determining a lying-down period parameter during the occurrence of each lying-down event and a standing-up period parameter during the occurrence of each standing-up event analyzing all lying-down period parameters and all standing-up period parameters using a trained classifier, so as to determine a likelihood that the subject to be tested has orthostatic hypotension. The output device is configured to output feedback information about the likelihood of orthostatic hypotension.
