PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus or a method for acquiring measurement information, capable of taking time synchronization of measured measurement information.SOLUTION: A measurement information detecting unit detects measurement information representing characteristics of an object. A measurement information management unit records, in a storage means, time information added to an acquisition start command signal for commanding to start the acquisition of the measurement information, records the detected measurement information in the storage means for every prescribed time, and reads the measurement information and time information from the storage means.
