PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film preparation suitable for uses as a medicine, food, cosmetic, etc., and a method for producing the same, and especially, the film preparation capable of containing a thermally unstable substance as an active ingredient and suitable for peroral administration, especially for intra-oral cavity administration.
SOLUTION: This film preparation is provided by including a film base agent containing polysaccharides produced by microorganisms belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium, and an active ingredient in the film base agent, and the method for producing the film preparation is provided by preparing an aqueous solution by dissolving the polysaccharides produced by the microorganisms belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium in water, adding the active ingredient to the aqueous solution, forming a film by applying the aqueous solution and then drying.
