To provide a tablet printing device which can suppress decrease in processing speed.SOLUTION: A tablet printing device has: a transport device 13 which transports a tablet having a secant line on any one surface thereof； a print head device 24 which performs printing on the transported tablet T； a laser displacement gauge 28 which measures a height of the tablet T in a direction crossing a transport direction A1； and a detection device 27 which detects that the tablet T arrives at a predetermined reference position.
