According to an embodiment of the present invention, the micro-needle using a drawing method includes: a first substrate which has multiple first viscous materials arranged on a surface at predetermined intervals while including one or more first transmissive areas； a second substrate which is arranged to face the first substrate, has multiple second viscous materials arranged on a surface corresponding to the first substrate at predetermined intervals, and includes one or more second transmissive areas corresponding to the first transmissive areas； a light emitting unit which is arranged on the other surface of the first substrate to correspond to the first transmissive areas while emitting light； and a light reception unit which is arranged on the other surface of the second substrate to correspond to the second transmissive areas.
