PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise function-improving agent, an endurance-improving agent, a fatigue-resisting agent, a muscular strength-improving agent, a glycogen reserve-promoting agent and a muscular pumping ability-improving agent which are safe, easily obtained and excellent in processability.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an oral solid preparation or a nutritional support composition which contains 2-50 mass% of a fat globule membrane component, preferably 1-50 mass% of sphingomyelin in terms of dry substance.
