PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying a soil stabilizer to promote growth of plants to soil, which improves water infiltration in the soil, thereby improving the soil's ability to absorb water, reduces soil cracking, improves soil tillability, reduces erosion of the soil, and prevents runoff of microbes, fertilizer, pesticide, and herbicide in the soil.SOLUTION: The method for applying the soil stabilizer to the soil includes: forming a solid carrier comprising a soil conditioner, such as the fertilizer and/or aluminum sulfate and calcium oxide, into granules, pellets, and mats； adding thereto a water-soluble soil stabilizer such as polyacrylamide, acrylic acid copolymer, cellulose, and gypsum； and applying it to the soil. Furthermore, seeds, pesticide, and herbicide may be added thereto.【課題】土壌の水浸透、吸水能力を改善し、亀裂を低減し、土壌の耕作性を改善し、浸食を減少させ、土壌中の微生物、肥料、殺虫剤、除草剤などの流失を防止でき、植物の成長を促進する土質安定剤の土壌への適用方法を提供する。【解決手段】肥料及び／又は硫酸アルミニウム、酸化カルシウムなどの土質改良材からなる固体担体を顆粒、ペレット及びマット状に成形し、これにポリアクリルアミド、アクリル酸共重合体、セルロース、石膏などの水溶性土質安定材を添加し、土壌に適用する。更に、種子、殺虫剤、除草剤の添加もできる。【選択図】なし
