Said apparatus features two actuators, wherein the actuators are configured to operate independently of each other. The first actuator (1) is configured to provide stochastic resonance pulses to the neonate if the oxygen saturation level falls below 92%, whereas the second actuator (2) provides tactile pulses if the oxygen saturation level falls below 85%.
