PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generator that can be easily installed by an occupant personally without occupying a beverage container holder.SOLUTION: A blowing portion 20 is held to a cigar socket through a power supply plug portion 18 by inserting the power supply plug portion 18 into the cigar socket. A relay portion 24 has one end part 24a connected to the blowing portion 20 and the other end part 24b connected to an ion generation portion 22. Therefore, the ion generation portion 22 can be arranged being separated from the power supply plug portion 18 to a certain degree, and an ion generator 10 can be configured so as to be avoided from being interfered around the cigar socket.
