The present invention relates to a carbon made wearable medical device which improves blood circulation and relieves muscle pain. The wearing medical equipment is made of carbon fiber fabric as the base material, and the complex fiber bundle is cut into short fiber in order to improve the surface properties and ductility of the carbon fiber fabric.
