The present invention relates to a skin tissue regeneration cell carrier using chitooligosaccharide and a method for producing the same. The cell carrier of the present invention comprises fish-derived collagen (FC), alginate (A), and chitooligosaccharide (COS1) of 1-3 kDa. Thus, the biocompatibility of skin fibroblasts is excellent, and the same can be utilized as a cell carrier for regenerating skin tissue.본 발명은 키토올리고당을 이용한 피부조직재생용 세포담체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명 세포담체는 어류 유래 콜라겐(Fish collagen, FC)과 알지네이트(Alginate, A)와 1-3 kDa의 키토올리고당(Chitooligosaccharide, COS1)으로 구성되어 피부섬유아세포의 생체적합성이 우수하며 이를 피부조직재생용 세포담체로 활용할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
