PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate an autotransplantation of an extracted tooth by efficiently performing each of processes from the extraction of tooth, recovering the extracted tooth, freezing, preserving, thawing and coming to transplanting.SOLUTION: The method for freeze-preserving the extracted tooth of a person whose tooth is extracted for autotransplanting it to the person whose tooth is extracted is executed by passing through the processes of (1) a process of housing the extracted tooth in a container filled with preserving liquid for conveyance at the extracting place, (2) a process of conveying the container housing the extracted tooth to a freeze-preservation institution, and (3) in the freeze-preservation institution, a process of transferring the conveyed extracted tooth from the preserving liquid for conveyance to freezing protective liquid, preliminary cooling to 0 to -10°C, followed by slowly cooling down -65 to -80°C, then rapidly cooling to the preservation temperature of -145 to -155°C and preserving it at the preservation temperature.COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI【課題】 歯の抜歯、その抜歯された抜歯体の回収、凍結、保存、解凍及び移植に至る各段階を効果的に行って、抜歯体の自家移植を促進する。【解決手段】 被抜歯者の抜歯体を該被抜歯者に自家移植するために凍結保存する方法であって、(1)前記抜歯体を抜歯箇所において運搬用保存液を満たした容器に収容する段階、(2)該抜歯体を収容した容器を凍結保存機関に運搬する段階、(3)凍結保存機関において、搬送された抜歯体を運搬用保存液から凍結保護液中に移して0℃~-10℃に予備冷却し、ついで-65℃~-80℃まで緩冷却し、さらに-145℃~-155℃の保存温度まで急速冷却し、該保存温度で保存する段階を経て実施する。【選択図】 図1
