PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined urine flow meter capable of easily measuring a urine flow rate and a urinary salt concentration. A urine collection part (2) for collecting urine to be excreted and a conduit body (4) having a urine flow path (3) through which urine collected by the urine collection part (2) flows are provided. A urine flow rate detection sensor 6 equipped with a water turbine 7 for communicating in real time with the urine collection part 2 and detecting the flow rate of urine introduced from the urine collection part 2 into the conduit body 4 and flowing through the urine flow path 3. It is provided in the road body 4. A concave portion 13 in which a part of the urine flowing through the conduit body 3 is collected is formed in the conduit body 4 at a position on the downstream side of the urine flow with respect to the position where the urine flow rate detection sensor 6 is arranged.
