PURPOSE: A neogenesis energy member producing apparatus through food waste and method are provided to reduce energy and water consumption by liquidizing odor steam into the circulation pump to water dispense. CONSTITUTION: A neogenesis energy member producing apparatus through food waste comprises the first food storing hopper(10), the first screw feeder(20), separator(30), crusher(40), the second screw feeder(50), odor removal(60), odor removal drug hopper(70), mixing driver(80), belt feeder(90), bucket elevator(100), the second food storing hopper(110), the second screw feeder(120), extruder(130), and hopper scale(140). The first screw feeder mixes the food waste with screw which ejected from the first food storing hopper, and transfers to the separator. The extruder compresses the dried food waste in the mold transferred from the third screw feeder, and mold to renewable energy member according to the purpose of user. The hopper scale automatically measures the amount of renewable energy member formed from the extruder, and ejects according to the measured amount. [Reference numerals] (AA) Used as a renewable energy본 발명은 기존의 음식물쓰레기 처리장치가 복수의 공정을 거쳐 가축의 사료나 유기성 퇴비로 생성되었는데, 무엇보다 악취가 많이 나고, 소용량으로만 음식물 쓰레기를 처리할 수 있어 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제점과, 열병합발전소 및 목욕탕에 적합한 신재생에너지의 개발이 시급한 문제점을 개선하고자, 제1 음식물 저장호퍼, 제1 스크류피더, 세퍼레이터(SEPERATOR), 크러셔(CRUSHER), 제2 스크류피더, 악취제거부, 냄새제거용 약품호퍼, 믹싱드라이버, 벨트 피더(Belt Feeder), 버킷 엘리베이터(Bucket Elevator), 제2 음식물 저장호퍼, 제2 스크류피더, 익스트루더(Extruder), 호퍼 스케일부(Hopper Scale)로 구성됨으로서, 공정 중 냄새가 안나고, 짧은 시간에 대용량으로 음식물 쓰레기를 처리할 수 있으며, 열에너지 생성에 알맞는 다양한 형태의 재생에너지부재를 생성시킬 수 있고, 공정에서 생성된 악취증기를 다시 액화시켜 다시 순환펌프로 돌려 물분사시킬 수 있어, 전력 소비 및 물 소비를 기존에 비해 80%로 줄일 수 있고, 무엇보다 종래 음식물쓰레기를 이용하여 퇴비화하거나 사료화하는 차원을 뛰어넘어 음식물쓰레기를 활용하여 에너지화를 도모하여 고유가시대에 석유수입 대체효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 음식물 폐기물을 통한 신재생에너지부재 생성장치 및 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
