PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat droplet/cellulite controlling device capable of significantly improving droplet controlling effect and cellulite controlling effect by combining a provitamin C agent with a high-frequency hyperthermic device, capable of controlling death of cells caused by heat to the minimum, and capable of performing gentle hyperthermic treatment without a treated person feeling pains caused by heat.
SOLUTION: The fat droplet/cellulite controlling device includes: an administration means for administer the provitamin C agent into a target body part an electrode to abut to a treated region and a resistive, a return electrode to be set in the back of a treated target body abutting to the electrode. The droplet/cellulite controlling device further includes: a temperature adjusting part to adjust the temperature in the range of 37-41°C under the high frequency of 0.45 MHz a hyperthermic treatment time adjusting part for setting a hyperthermic treatment time for one treatment in the range of 1-30 minutes, and a heat applying means with intervals in the range from 6 hours to one week in total.
